I don't know what today's volume looks like, but three black crows on increasing volume is almost always very bearish.
3blackcrows on increasing volume for the Ords has occured only 15 times since 2003, the highest cluster of them in January 2008 - the beginning of the bear market. It's an indicator O'Neil uses to find turning points in the market, and it seems to be quite reliable.
So it could be significant. Anyone have access to volume data for the Ords?
