I would have thought the DFS still needs to be released for someone to pitch a takeover offer. It sounds as though there is low likelihood of it containing any major nasties but might just want to wait.
Historically feasibility announcements are rarely positive for a share price. Could quite easily see the share price come off and then pitch an offer into that weakness.
