I am interested to hear more on this idea that the initial part of phase 1 is mostly thermal coal. A couple of posters have said that now. Was this something that was announced?? I was just looking a the table from an ann last December. Project F is nearly all coking coal however in the near surface stuff there is a bit of thermal but still more than twice as much coking. I am guessing that this near surface stuff is what can be produced for 25 bucks a ton??

Is this true that the early part of phase one will be mostly thermal?? I would appreciate being pointed to the exact plan.
