Nine lives, the best place to find the company statement of its intention re Phase 1 is "Investor Presentation, Entitlement Offer, 29 June 2016"- e.g. around page 18. (Scan down the list of announcements on TIG website to get it). I reckon the chairman talked about it at the last meeting also.

Looking forward to a positive update at the general meeting in a couple of weeks. Nice to see interest building steadily (and the sell side drying up) as we approach production.
