    The transaction is expected to be completed BY the 24th of October. Cash on hand + the 1.9M in shares alone will cover a market cap up to around 0.035  (let alone all of the other assets/tenements POZ has) so it's a no brainer if you think the deal will go ahead. Should see a quick 100% gain on current SP IMO.
