Looks like accumulation to me; smash and cap. Hard to accumulate after a psych barrier (big round number $2, $3 ect) has been passed and where the price can run up quickly with any buying pressure. Not sure how effective the current event was, however, if this was the aim. So close to news now that selling prior to a significant price hike would seem premature.
Of course, only one of a number of possibilities; maybe someone's partner wanted a new AMG...
