There are two dates as there are two MoUs.
The Wagnou is delayed by a few days, but it won't impact on the other one, anyway.

The main MoU will be set by the EGM date, as it needs shareholder approval. It is still going to plan, so ignore down rampers and just wait. The re-rate is coming. As someone said, it's only a question of when.
