so...what about the 3% acquisition rule...they have increased the holding by more than 3% in 6 months....should trigger another takeover offer shouldn't it?

does this mean we will see a takeover offer tomorrow morning before the market opens?

I thought that was the rule under the "creeping exemption that allows a max 3% increase in any 6 month period.

I guess though they would only need to offer 25 cents if that is the most they paid under the recent purchases.

Not sure, but I think they are required to do this.

Anyone else out there know the rules better than I do?
