    re: 3 the cash issue 3 So that no one has any doubts about their rights to participate in the "Rights Issue" for the VCR shares in the 12:1 Issue.

    Shares aquired in VCR via the ASX on or after 22nd Sept. 03 will not qualify for the rights issue.

    See Paragraph 5.2 in the prospectus, if you don't already hold VCR and you wish to participate you had better aquire them today.

    Ordinary Shares trade "ex-rights" and Rights trading commences on ASX : 22 September 2003.
