There are a number of scenarios for the next much larger trial:

1. VCR and a partner to complete it under a special arrangement: VCR will need some cash here but by then the share price is hopefully higher. The Partner to market and distribute the device.

2. Mile stone payments and the partner to conduct and finance the trial. Royalties based on sales.

In this case, VCR doesn't need any cash.

3. Finance the larger trial themselves. I would give this a higher priority. The marketing and distribution are specialist jobs really, however, everything is possible.

VCR was talking about spin-offs; all that for later on.
