Something I'd like to share about GAP (Window)

According to Steve Nison's book Beyond Candle Stick.

Japanese traders believe that if a window (gap) is not filled within three sessions, it is confirmation that the market should move in the direction of the window. That is, if there is a fallling window that is not filled within three sessions (intraday filling doesn't count has to be able to fill at the close), the market action is viewed as confirming that prices should move lower. They believe if a window(gap) is not filled within 3 sessions, then there is power to go 13 more sessions in the direction of the gap. I have found that this technique is so simple and powerful. Waiting the 3 sessions for confirmation may provide a method to confirm a gap's support or resistance.
