That will be really good news for all BBP holders. BNB was one of the major obstacles for takeover. Where did you get this news?

This is one of the 3/4 announcement I am waiting for a while ..

1. Separation from BBP & a new name

2. UBS valuation for whole company (around 3.5 to 3.9 B, So after deducting debt it'll remain at least 50c P/s too optimistic? )

I'll be happy even with 20c p/s :-)

3. A genuine takeover Bid/offer.

4. Market expectation that some other companies may bid higher.
