Snake, NDO mention 1.3m barrels have been sold. They didn't say it has been produced, whereas OEL mention 770,000 barrels have been produced so far. There is no conflicting story here just a different way of looking at it. 770,000 produced and the balance of the 1.3m sold but not yet pumped.
At least that's my interpretation.
