If you do a Fib from the November 18th low of 2010 ($2.55) to the high of $6.735 of 4 February 2015, the 50% retracement is $4.64 which was where it stopped yesterday. The 61.8% retracement is at $4.15 as indicated. That level can also happen as I said in one of my posts back in November. But the bounce to $5.00 should happen before $4.15-$4.20.

The other thing to note is the lower trend line. The price yesterday, had not quite arrived and kissed this line. Today, it has arrived and just touched it at around the $4.59 area and in fact, just before, it has pierced through it a little.

I think it is either going for the $4.50 test or, it is the pro's who know TLS's close proximity to this lower trend line and the 50% Fib level and know people would have set a stop loss in these areas and they just want to nudge it down just a bit beyond these levels to have people's stop losses triggered. Once they get people to trigger their stop loss and sell out, the pro's themselves will buy it and pick it up from there.  These games happen in trading.

The technical indicators that alert me to an oversold condition and buy opportunity are almost there. I just need the DMI to touch 11. But I have already been buying small amounts since yesterday. Will go heavy when I see and feel it turn. Just need to feel that capitulation effect happen and a set of candle sticks that make sense to me.
