TLS sold landline(ie copper) to government for 11.2 billion dollars then negotiated 2 contracts to fix/maintain copper network worth $240-320 million dollars...on top of that it will lease infrastructure to NBN over 30 years for another $11 billion dollars..
by any reckoning TLS came out on top in that deal...it's unlikely ACCC will rule against them in april because it would see TLS abandon regional areas a political nightmare for the government...
$6.20 might not happen again but i feel mid 5's is realistic factoring in div yield approx 6% fully franked...
