I've had skin in the game since July 2010 and we still have the same MD. Now shares back then were $1.15 so I didn't see the MD or any others taking a pay cut when the SP went to $0.02.
The company was sent to the wall and it was GMM breakaway that got you to $0.40 not the current board of GXY.
