My interpretation is that the shareholders get nothing out of the recent contract settlement. The directors get themselves 12 million shares because the SP goes up. The sophs voted in favour of that in 2015. There are over 1,200,000,000 shares on issue now; so why not a share buy back to give the SH some appreciation NOT dilution.
