the formula market was hot and shortage when Bal was taken over. Now the situation has changed totally. When China Gov has kept eyes on China local manufactures with tough law/regulates (Even some were executed with the capital punishments). the local products are gradually accepted and also more European formulas go into China.
NZ Gov would not let it go if someone asked for taking over as A2M is number one stock in NZ.
