I have been checking out the relative holdings and it appears that Lion Holdings and Cheng Heng Jem now hold approximately 45% of POLARIS combined.
Lion Holdings 19.69% + Cheng Heng Jem 25.50%.
Note: Cheng Heng Jem is the Chairman of Lion Holdings.
Heron Resources holding 22% of Polaris.
The three major holders have 75% of Polaris shares.
The Chinese/Malaysian 45% holding gives a fairly clear indication of what might happen.
