Would you be able to explain for us how vaccines work, with the active constituents being alcohol or other disinfectants?

I don't think they are made from daffodils and sugar. That would be a bit weird, but you may know differently.

I'm not an epidemiologist, so the below is just from my memory from biochemistry at university.

I thought vaccines roughly fell into four categories...

Live virus vaccines.
Killed (inactivated) vaccines.
Toxoid vaccines.
Biosynthetic vaccines.

I can explain those four in more detail if you like... but none are as you state or imply. They don't work by "cleaning" the virus.

I may be wrong, are there other vaccine types?
