So in your world Zip can just keep increasing monthly account fees and continue to charge platform/convenience fees in the face of competition not charging any, and their won't be high customer churn rates.
The only customers you will retain are those rejected by other BNPL and have no intention of repaying the debt.
You can see from the trends in individual expense lines they are having to spend more on not only acquisition of customers but in processing costs
Im 100 percent confident bar a takeover much lower than this that they will go into liquidation.
