RedEmporor, I agree being cashed up at present is a very wise choice
AZK has yet to acquire the BC technology and nothing is expected to occur to at least early August
A back door listing allows for further changes to be made to the upcoming prospectus if the market conditions change as I don't believe that those participating in the CR will be willing to pay market prices or higher if the price falls below 10c
IMO, the floor of 10c recently announced has all but ensured that the price will unfortunately head in this direction or lower .
