I think it looks like Will Banks tried to make a difference but was blocked from doing so and thus quit and has now distanced himself from CI1 to protect his reputation and to give a message he doesn't agree with the current management of the company. I hold a lot of this stock and I felt very encouraged when someone of his gravitas joined. Great shame he left.
