This is non-substantiated information. One HC poster came to the forum and said that the founder indicated that a large shareholder is rattling the cage to accumulate.

I am not sure of the "authenticity" of the information and beyond that this information even if true should not be something that the company executives should be talking about. They should be focussed on strategy and execution and not SP movements day to day.

I do hold substantial amount of shares but I will not go by any Tom D and Harry's comment on why the shareprice is trading in such a way.

Fundamentals and Technicals are a best way to interpret that.
