When A2M was even below $1, its products were well known and selling at all large supermarkets (including pharmacies). That is how originally I entered A2M because Mrs. worked at one of these stores and always heard good things about it.
In all these years if I learnt something that is, customers in China do not buy just because a product is from Australia, otherwise by now Blakemores infant formula would have been a huge hit. It has to be a well known brand before it will sell well in in China.
There is a new trend these days where those sending from Australia are taking videos and photos while shopping and then sending. If formula is not well known in Australia and NZ, it is not just going to be product in China on which people will pay a premium for. With that in mind I been waiting to enter WHA, till I can see some good sales figures and branding.
