Im happy for the company not to comment if it appears to be more an isolated situation. Such an announcement will send everyone into a spin. I would say some news has leaked out into the market. There was heavy selling at the close on Monday.
It seems as though the workers in Mali are getting paid enough. The problem is that there are probably few opportunities to earn a good living for those that don't work at the mine. This is the problem - everyone's fighting over getting a job there.
