Just about everybody has health issues at some stage if they live to about 70, and just about all are inherited conditions that sometimes only manifest themselves in their later years.
Of course that doesn't help those who die young because the inherited conditions manifest themselves in their youth.
A cousin died at 41 from an inherited disease and my mother died at 99 also from an inherited disease.
Either way, they died as a result of design faults.
I too have health issues as a result of design faults which haven't killed me yet - but give these faults time and they will ensure my demise.

I think you are aware of the Bible's explanation of why humans suffer from disease and death. These are inherited consequences of the fall in Eden by the first sinner Adam.(Genesis 3:19, Romans 5:12)
