It is true that ASF are the only single entity holding that amount of shares, but they paid $0.12 per share in September and are definately wanting the coal resources.

Most probable buyer is Buru getting set for a complete takeover, with possible deals done with the likes of Gujarat (30 million shares), J P Morgan (32 million shares), Merrill Lynch (17 million shares), National Nominees (11 million shares), HSBC (10 million shares)

With total shares currently at 314,270'736, the 42,857'142 represents 13.64% of the register.
