REY WELCOMES NEW INVESTOR
Rey Resources Limited (ASX: REY; “Rey Resources” or “the Company”) announces that Wanyan Liu, a private investor based in Hong Kong, has become a substantial shareholder of the Company through the acquisition of 42,857,142 shares previously held by Australian institutional and retail investors.
We are informed that Wanyan Liu is not an associate of any other shareholder of Rey Resources and now holds 8.5 per cent of the Company’s share capital. Rey Resources welcomes Wanyan Liu as a substantial shareholder.
The shares were crossed by Euroz Securities Limited on 22 October 2012.
An updated Top 20 shareholder list will be released shortly.
