Just a comment for the number crunchers :-) Planning for 3M pounds per annum will not necessary allow you to produce 3m pounds per annum. Factories/processing plants have inefficiencies and as such will usually output 75-85% of design. “World class” performance/processing is considered to be around to be 90-95% of design output (this is usually a fully automated plant with minimal human involvement). Nevertheless it is still considerably more than original 1.5M pound per annum and overall excellent news!!!
Someone once said to me "the day a piece of plant or machinery is decommissioned is usually the day it is performing at its best!". If this is true, then we can expect great things to come IMO.
