    what like to hear what people are thinking on this issue. I don't think it will be a free for all, maybe SA, Qld, Nt will allow a few more, not sure about queensland. Is australias lack of water going to be taken into consideration. A lot of irrigation farmers, cotton farmers always get a hard time about the amount of water we use, but it is always OK with miners!
