I notice a recurring situation with CVI.

Firstly, a business project idea is hatched by the wizard.

The project will always have a delays of some sort of 3-5 months...this is the incubation stage.

In this stage, the wizard will come asking for money by diluting his shareholders (issue of shares for placements).

Shares are issued and money is raised. The wizard will be happy at this stage. He's got his pocket money to spend for the next 3-4 months. His $20,000 per month salary will be paid and his rented pad in snazzy London will be paid for too. First class "business" travel around the world is no problem, it will be on the company tabs.

However, money will also be spent on business. Advertising and promotion at criket grounds and USA business channels to promote the great company. They have to at least try to look like they are doing something after all.

So...when our wizard is having so much fun, time flies. 3-5 months goes by. Project hits a snag, nothing happens. In the meantime, in those 3-5 months, million and millions of shares would have changed hands...from MS's backed Global brokers (issued shares are placed with them)to a mum or dad investor near you. In doing so, they recklessly drive down the shareprice. But who cares? There's plenty more where that came from. The wizard will just issue the next batch of shares when money and Global shares run out.

Initial project will take a backseat now as the Wizard comes up with a brand new tantalising business idea. Repeat all of the above and come back in 3 months thanks.
