I contacted the company secretary. The information that I received was that the expiry of the "3 months" is 31 December and not 3 months from early September. I therefore deduce that there is still a miniscule chance that the buyback will go ahead.

I indicated that the information released did not make this clear. I passed on the message that shareholders have not been well served with information.

I was also then informed that an announcment will be released shortly.

My sentiment says hold but I really am looking for a realistic opportunity to exit.
