1 from Alexis.... This one is the best - open blackmail ...

In the first para Alexis state they agree with cpl that if the two reach a deal no hearing should go ahead, Joan shouldn't be heard and a decision in should be made in 7 days:

"Come on cpl pay us what we want and we will support u"

Second part of letter states that if they go to hearing then aer needs to take 90 days to reach a conclusion...

"Don't give us what we want and we will put up Roadblocks"

Correct me if I am wrong - but isn't this blackmail?

The fact that Alexis is willing to be bought off means thier concern should be thrown out the window..

Actually Joan's letter worry's me the most (at least Alexis can be bought) 1 person trying to make a difference... Next thing you know aer will request independent report on the socioeconomic impact to the town, then a study....all this despite the towns support...
