Thanks as you know highly value your opinions.
I posted much earlier when this MOU was ann that it was fishy, just didn't sit right. I had not basis for this just a gut feeling and in actual fact think I posted "not sure what I am trying to say except it doesn't fit right".
My mind is now churning your latest post, as I missed that the MOU was signed by Capital Technic (went right over my head). This is really fishy and hope it turns out to be as you suggest a red herring. Hope not too much money is wasted on due diligence before the EGM.
I did note that the plug could be pulled within 24 hours by either party. Wonder where this Capital Technic came from........wonder if there is any association or connection personal or business with the current band of 4.
Anyway imo opinion it is probably a non issue.
