One more issue in favour of DOCA is tax losses, if they keep the company going losses can be utilised in future, I note 2 entities are in admin, hopefully losses reside with listed entity.

I have a lot more questions and hope the administrator will be able to say what happened and lay all the cards on the table to enable a proper assessment of resurrection going forward.

We need:
- Copy of JV agreement with HNC
- CNote Deed
- Tenement rehab bond amount
- Indebtedness to trade creditors
- Loan from GT & HNC any undisclosed terms/leans
- ROT on any critical plant
- Any plant or equipment financed/leased.

If CMR comes through will need a name change after all a broken compass is useless, Zeus Resources might be more appropriate.
