I really like, how posters quote articles about REE prices falling and then intimate 'Good Luck'.

If anyone has done their numbers sensibly and even look at a scenario where price parity reigns with China's internal prices, you are still looking at $70 + for the basket per Kg. Yes that is now with the world in fear of its life, just like 3 years ago.

so likely it will be higher.

I used cash costs of $20 per kilo (LYC state theirs is currently $12) as I like to buffer myself...given that the initial business plan stated $7/Kg) - funny how nothing runs to budget...

Anyway for stage 1, that leaves you with $50/Kg for 11,000mts.
Using approx 1.8 Billion Shares and a PE of 10...you do get an SP of $3+

I don't think there has been a notable downgrade of LYC (unlike MCP) by any of the Major Investment houses yet)...maybe because there hasn't been any crazy forward target prices either...
