Elephant memory, Desert!
My core holding is av 1.075, best parcel 89c. Never considered cashing out profits.
Rationale for buying more now:
Commodity prices are weak, yet the world economy has such strong flywheel momentum they are sure to rise.
Hermosa. Taylor DFS within six weeks; FID next quarter. Clark is eligible for significant GRANT subsidies from USG of up to 33% of construction cost. Mr Market cant price Hermosa properly without tangible development announcements. The numbers will be eye-watering.
Is this the bottom? I think it mighty close, within a few cents, and expect a savage rerating at any time. Now trading 3.075, oh well.
