I agree @tasidevil, there is really only to scenarios here, this is either going to be taken out at a much higher price than the current SP or this will become a "lucrative Balkans miner". Both are essentially good for shareholders.
We have had a good run up and I suppose that ADT was due a breather. With news flow coming and some significant price catalysts anticipated this is likely to be only a temporary pause in the upward march of the SP. Right or wrong, this is why I continue to sit on my current holding, avoiding the temptation to off load any.
Personally I think this Teth acquisition could really become a significant value component to the overall value of ADT. PC seems confident and has flagged the significance of this acquisition. Exciting times ahead!
