Bought a duel motor Model Y for the young bride (grey with white interior). Just under $110k. Picked it up day before Easter. I’ve driven it twice - goes like the clappers (scarey) in sports mode. She drives in G’ma mode. She’s on Indian Pacific to Perth for next week or so, I’ll sneak it out for another couple of cracks.
They sting you for a couple of chargers, but good if you’ve got home solar.
Very impressed so far, dash is void of anything bar the screen. It will take a couple days in the driveway to get familiar with the capabilities of the technology, but all in all, a tick from me.
l’m going out to sit in my DMax and ponder what might have been, but eternally grateful for the good fortune that LTR has, and will continue to provide, in our retirement for ourselves and family.
