@Acgm l worked underground in a coal mine when you mention block and support lam assuming what we called pillars with our support being timber props and roof strap bolting . Follow the seam Conveyor belt product to pit top and Pull pillars (extract) on retreat. We used a continuous miner and blasted when we hit dyke.
Have also visited a silver mine whole different scenario with massive trucks taking the product to pit top.
From the development photos lam only guessing that trucks will be used which is great less downtime.
