The US will cut as per my earlier chart on ten year T bonds to circa 3.2% yield but the panic selling on the unwinding of the carry trade by 25 basis points is nothing compared what is to come with a full 100 basis point raise by BOJ triggering a wave of leveraged forced sellers.
US interest rates will explode upwards and other countries will either le their currency get smashed or respond in kind.
Expect 40 to 50 % falls in Australian property prices.
There will be a calm before the storm as indices recover and the last few days is regarded as a "correction"
