I think it's more common than you think with businesses - for example, if you look at something like Uber I'd imagine they'd be similar with repeat customers making up the majority of the revenue.
If anything, I think you should be optimistic and think it's great that they can get such great revenue numbers and growth from such few customers. Just imagine the growth runway they have as they convert more of those 3.9 million customers to monthly transacting customers, and as they get more customers through organic growth in the US (i.e. as the BNPL market as a whole continues to expand).
