3 questions for the faithful

I didn't get a response yesterday, so I'll post again in the vain hope of getting an opinion other than TeeDubs one liners.



IF this is as prospective as we're led to believe then;

1) Why didn't they get KNOC over the line and stay as operator?
2) What turned KNOC off?
3) Why do they now have to TRY to sell 80% (EIGHTY PERCENT!!!) and HAND OVER CONTROL????? (The LOI with KNOC was on favourable terms to RRS, this is not)

The supposed appeal to prospective JV's seems to be waning at the speed of light.
