'Due to the delays in the delivery of the updated resource by our consultants, Thor now
expects completion of off-take negotiations could be pushed out to the end of September
2007.'
More delays. This off-take is pretty central to the short-term success of THR so disappointing that they are now suggesting further possible delays.
