I feel you are a bit stressed in relation to this point and that is fair enough.

I can only suggest 2 things to ease your mind;
- Ring ARU, they will talk to you.
- The statement was a partner in 2007, we are still only in the first quartile of 2007.

That said, the world has changed a bit since February.. All in the favour of ARU and its owners (us folks).

Do not underestimate the impact this interest in Arafura has caused, any negotiations (assuming there were) based on prices sub $1 (and then it was ARU and NUP together) would need to be screwed up and thrown in the bin as it would be a huge disadvantage to shareholders if a deal went thru under those conditions.

It also must be said that if share price keeps rising then management would be negligent if they did not look at pulling it off themselves..

The rewards at the end of this are huge, anything management can do to maximise returns is to be applauded.

I guess I am saying that we dont know what the future holds but talk to the company as they have done us well so far.
