Back in the February Presentation by Alistair he highlighted a “ Partner for Nolans in 2007” Since then there has been no mention of a partner for Nolans status.
I think it is time for the market to be informed if there is a change of heart. No mention of the JV to me says that there is some change of direction in the wind.
