Anyone who believes the 3rd rig is unnecessary, or will have little relevance needs to think outside the square.
As far as I'm concerned, Cvn/Poe are takeover targets. The best form of defense is attack. Go hard and go fast IMO.
Bring on the 3rd Rig!! and more production people for that matter!!
