your not the only one thinking that way.
I believe the only thing the jv is waiting on for a 3rd rig would be:
1.Environmental approval for NSE.
2.Rig availability
My concern is tanker capacity. Refinery issues have been sorted to 20k barrels a day when they get there. Transport hasn't.
Pipeline seems the only way to go. Anyone have any ideas on the time needed for approvals regarding pipeline if they get to say 15k-18k barrels a day with the jv??
Also Pipeline construction time frame.
I never made it to the agm last year. Was anything mentioned??
