Rail, trucks, tuk tuks, it will happen. Let's not get hung up about the transport, as the Thai's in their "can do" way will deal with it.
From time to time transport or facilities will be bottlenecks, but these are only short term, no core issues.
In the med/longterm the Thais are desperate for domestic oil (most of the revenue goes into govt not POE/CVN coffers) and will take it all away as fast as CVN?POE can get it to flow. Those roads are fine and will handle a lot of tankers if need be, sure rail is more efficient.
